Cancellation By Customer

Please send any requests for cancellation/modification of an order to info@jodhajewels.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and parcel dispatched, no cancellation or modification shall be permitted. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchange will be done only if goods get damaged in transition to the customer. *A full video from opening the parcel to viewing the product has to be shared by the customer , if found correct and true , a refund will be initiated , if not - then the product will not be considered for exchange / return .  

In case the goods received by the customer are found to be damaged or different from the order placed, the customer is required to immediately contact Jodha Jewels at info@jodhajewels.com and return the product to within 24 hours of receipt and send a picture of the damaged product. The customer shall send the damaged product through a reliable courier and inform the details to Jodha Jewels immediately through email. The amount paid for damaged goods shall be refunded in case the customer’s claim is found to be true.

Sizing

Information about the length, width and diameter is given in inches or centimetres. There may be very minor variation in the actual product which is unavoidable. For rings and bangles the inner diameter should be checked for the size.
