Delivery Schedule

1.Domestic parcels will be dispatched and delivered within 7-14 days of receipt of payment .

* International parcels will be dispatched only via Govt India Post in 3-5 days via Insured Registered India Post from receipt of payment . International parcels reach between 7-20 working days from day of dispatch .

2. Delay due to unforeseen circumstances /holidays /postal rules , flight rescheduling , might occur and have to be taken into consideration.

3. For International shipments , if the shipment is delayed at the customs for any reason , which is beyond our control - the customer will not ask for cancellation or refund till the clearance is done . If the shipment is returned to us due to some restrictions , full amount of the customer will be refunded .

Custom duty of his own country is to be paid by the consignee according to laws of his or her country .

4. No client will under any circumstances, issue or claim any chargebacks to the Company , bank , our card , account via CCAvenue or any other payment channel for any reason .

In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves its right to report the matter as Friendly Fraud and defend its case in the Courts of Chandigarh Punjab .

5. Those who choose to access this website from outside India are responsible for compliance with applicable Indian laws .

6.The terms and conditions for all customers shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws of India. The Courts of Chandigarh ,Punjab shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement .

Customer's Representations

The customer agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information about itself as and when required.
Jodha Jewels reserves the right to suspend or terminate any order in case any information supplied is not correct and complete.
In the event that a delivery fails on account of wrong information provided by the customer, any extra cost incurred by Jodha Jewels for re-delivery shall be on account of the customer.
We do not have refund , return or replacement policy , unless the product is damaged or lost in transit and there is no proof of delivery .
By placing an order for a product on this website, the customer represents that it has checked the product description carefully, and agrees to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
Products taken on discount or sale are not applicable for exchange/return or refund .
